As we approach the end of 2022, we wanted to highlight some of our accomplishments and emphasize that we could not do this work without your support!

The Green Week is a celebration of community action to tackle climate change. Every year, people up and down all around the world come together to show the heartfelt, brace, everyday actions being taken to stand up for nature and fight climate change.

In cooperation with Catalyst 2030, the Eco youth jordan team actively taught school students about sustainable development goals during catalyst change week 2022.

The Directorate of Environmental Protection in Irbid Mohandes Fawzi Akor invited Eco Youth Jordan to participate in the exhibition entitled (Recycling of the solid household waste and the school) with the participation of a number of public and private schools, as well as charities in the province of Irbid.

2nd environmental exhibition of environmental drawings

Eco youth Jordan took part in the 2nd environmental exhibition of environmental drawings at Arar Cultural House in Irbid Governorate. The exhibition was opened by His Excellency Dr. Eng, Mayor of Greater Irbid Municipality Nabil Al-Kofhi. Warm Thanks to the representative of the EYJ team in Irbid, Rawan Al-Mustafa, and to our royal volunteers Hanin Khreisat, Sura Ababneh and Raad Alsubaie.

The winners of the environmental competition for school students. were honored at the Directorate of Education of the Ajloun Governorate under the patronage of Director of Education, Mr. Sami Shdeifat. The competition was organized by the EYJ team in cooperation with the Directorate of Environment for the Ajloun Governorate and the Royal Administration for Environmental Protection and Tourism.

Green week 2022 at Jordan universities with DBC

In conjunction with the global trend towards a sustainable green world and the goals that the implementers seek to accomplish, BDC and Eco youth Jordan launched the Green Week activities.

The first Green Week activities, entitled “Climate Change”, kicked off at Princess Sumaya University with a series of educational activities in the field of climate change, as well as field, scientific and dialogue activities aimed at strengthening university students’ awareness of the concepts of climate change.
As a result of Green Week, governmental and private organizations and agencies highlight the most important environmental and climate issues.
